All orders are taken subject to goods being unsold and to crop failure.

Every effort is made to supply all plants true to name and in a healthy state. In the event of any defect our liability will be limited to the invoice value of the affected plants.

Goods will be invoiced at the price ruling at the time of delivery or collection. We reserve the right to increase our prices should circumstances make this necessary.

We allow our established customers up to one month’s free credit. After this date, the amount becomes overdue and we reserve the right to withhold further deliveries until payment is made.

We prefer payment by BACS if possible. Cheques should be made payable to Carrapitt Plants.

All goods are subject to VAT at the rate prevailing at the time of invoice. Our VAT registration number is 456 2609 39

All goods collected or delivered remain the property of Carrapitt Plants until payment is received in full. However, the risk therein and liability to third parties passes to the customer on collection or delivery.

Damage or shortage in transit must be reported to us in writing within 3 days of delivery and the damaged goods retained for our inspection.

You are most welcome to visit the nursery; we like to have the opportunity to show our customers around but please telephone beforehand to ensure that someone is available.
